Jason’s extensive technology background includes decades of executive experience within software, mobile and cloud systems management industries. With strong experience in general, strategic and operational management, he has a proven track record of leading companies through substantial revenue and valuation growth. Prior to joining SAVO, Jason was an operating affiliate with Vector Capital and interim CEO of Allegro. During his tenure, Jason was responsible for leading the company through significant growth and profitability.
Immediately prior, Jason was the CEO of Automic Software (formerly named UC4 Software), a global leader in IT process automation. He successfully led the company through significant accelerated growth and eventual sale to EQT Funds. Other senior executive experience includes CEO of Univa and Intrinsic Technologies, and serving as chief financial officer for Ravisent Technologies, where he led the seed-stage company’s dramatic growth and its distinction as the “9th Fastest Growing Company in the United States from 1994 to 1998” (Deloitte & Touche/Forbes).
Jason holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Washington University.

Kelly brings extensive experience in defining strong brands and building marketing programs that drive business results. At SAVO, Kelly is focused on building on SAVO’s leading market position to further define the sales enablement space and SAVO’s position in it, as well as building a world class marketing organization
Kelly was most recently the CMO at Viad Corporation, a NYSE provider of marketing and destination experiences, and at Berkshire Hathaway’s The Pampered Chef. Kelly brings relevant experience in the technology sector having led worldwide marketing at Chicago-based NAVTEQ as it grew from a privately-held digital map company through its NYSE IPO and subsequent $8.1 billion acquisition by Nokia (now Nokia’s Here business unit).
Kelly has always found herself focused on marketing that helps pioneer new markets. She helped drive adoption of advanced technology features while at Donnelly Corporation, a then $1B+ NYSE company, previously known for molded parts. During her near decade with Leo Burnett she spent five years overseas where she helped pioneer the funding of commercial television by multi-national clients in Europe, led a major repositioning and expansion of McDonald’s in Norway and more.
Kelly holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame. While Kelly has the marketing gene, she did get a 50 year old never-been-married bachelor to marry her – so she must have some selling skills too.

Doug brings over 20 years of senior level expertise in leading technology initiatives and scaling for entrepreneurial, fast growing companies. As Executive Vice President, Product Development, Doug provides leadership in driving forward SAVO technology innovation.
Prior to joining SAVO, Doug was SVP of Technology and Operations at OpinionLab where he drove product development process, technology platform and team while implementing best practices leading to improved revenue growth.
Prior to OpinionLab, Doug held multiple technology and operational leadership roles where he drove enhancements in product process and operations leading to significantly reduced launch schedules and improvements in operational efficiency at companies including RiverGlass, Mobitrac, Interface Software, ThoughtWorks and Betfair.
Doug started his career at Accenture where he was a founding member of Accenture’s global eCommerce industry practice.
Doug is a graduate of Colorado State University where he obtained his BS in Computer Science.

As a senior finance executive for more than 15 years, Craig Nickerson joins SAVO as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Craig has responsibility for financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, internal controls, banking, treasury, legal and corporate information technology functions for SAVO. He is also responsible for managing relationships with external auditors, bankers, legal counsel, investors and the board of directors.
Most recently, Craig operated in the role of CFO at Applied Global Technologies, a private equity-backed firm, specializing in the development and delivery of video conferencing software solutions. Prior to this, he served as CFO of Dynetech Corporation, a firm specializing in the development of consumer-based software technology products. During his tenure, the company grew annual revenues from $50 million to more than $300 million, with an EBITDA in excess of $40 million. Additionally, he led successful acquisitions ranging in value up to $135 million and asset sales exceeding $100 million. One of his key accomplishments was facilitating the company’s transition to a SaaS-based business model that supported over 60,000 monthly subscribers.
Prior to Dynetech, Craig was Senior Director of Finance and Administration for TriQuint Semiconductor. During his tenure, this publicly-traded telecommunications company grew revenues from $75 million to more than $350 million. Additionally, he was an integral part of a team that led a successful $325 million secondary offering and ultimately, a sale of the company in excess of $1.4 billion. Prior to TriQuint, Craig served in other senior financial executive roles, including leading a medical device firm through an initial public offering. Craig began his career in public accounting.
Craig is a graduate from the University of Central Florida where he attended on a soccer scholarship and left the University with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance and Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Account.

Jeremy brings over 20 years of sales enablement leadership experience at enterprise companies, and has deep expertise with the purchase, implementation and life cycle of sales productivity software. As EVP, Jeremy shapes SAVO’s global Product, Corporate and Sales strategy.
Jeremy is both a seasoned Sales Enablement Practitioner and an accomplished B2B product management executive. Prior to his role at SAVO, Jeremy held positions at Office Max and Dex Media where his intense focus on quota attainment, sales productivity and effectiveness, and overall sales enablement program success catapulted him into the passionate, dynamic and high-performing sales leader he is today. He is widely recognized by partners, customers and peers as an innovative thought leader who can quickly analyze, inspire, and work both hard and smart to produce exceptional results.
Jeremy is also a founding member of the Sales Enablement Society, a volunteer organization dedicated to promoting and elevating sales enablement as a strategic function.

Mike brings over 30 years of experience in sales, sales management, sales operations, services and customer support. As Executive Vice President, he is responsible for driving all sales activity across the organization, executing on our world-class consulting services, while continuing to deliver excellent customer support.
Mike comes to SAVO from Dassault Systemes where he was the Senior Vice President of Sales for North America and responsible for $340 million in software and $90 million in services revenue. In this enterprise sales role he managed relationships with 800 customers in 11 industries as well as the US Federal Government, and was responsible for 300 sales, sales management, sales operations and technical personnel.
In 2006, Mike managed the integration of both MatrixOne into Dassault, playing a major role in building the direct selling organization. In 2010 he led the integration of Dassault’s acquisition of IBM North America PLM sales and technical resources, effectively doubling the sales organization.
From 1984 to 2006 Mike was with MatrixOne (formerly Adra Systems) where he started as Director of Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Customer support. He progressed to VP of Professional Services and Customer Support in 1989, then to VP, Customer Success and Corporate Officer in 1997. At the time of acquisition by Dassault Systemes, he held the position of Senior VP Global Sales, Marketing and Services for the $150 million company.
Mike holds an MBA from the High Tech Executive Program at Northeastern University, a BSET from Northeastern University, and an Associate Computer Technology degree from the ITT Technical Institute.
