A brand-new pavement company, built to look like it has run Clark County for years.
Legacy Seal & Striping launched in 2023, but the crew behind it has spent decades sealcoating and striping pavement across Southwest Washington. The experience was real. What did not exist yet was a website, a Google presence, or any way for a property manager in Camas or a homeowner in Felida to find them. We built the whole thing from scratch: a fast, hand-coded site and a service-area page for every community in Clark County.
The Challenge
A new company has a credibility problem that an old one does not. The crew at Legacy Seal & Striping had been doing this work around Clark County for years, but the business itself was new, and a property manager deciding who reseals a parking lot does not know any of that. They search, they click, and they judge in about three seconds. A thrown-together starter site makes a serious crew look like it might not answer the phone next month.
Pavement work is also split into two completely different buyers. On one side, commercial: property managers and HOAs who need striping to spec, ADA stalls, fire lanes, and lots resealed on a schedule. On the other, homeowners protecting a driveway. They search differently, they buy differently, and one generic page does not speak to either of them.
So the job was to launch a company that looked established on day one, sell to both buyers without watering either down, and get Legacy ranking across every community in Clark County for the searches that actually bring in jobs.
A site as solid as a fresh seal coat.
Hand-coded on Astro and served from Cloudflare's edge, not a drag-and-drop template hauling around script it never uses. It loads in under a second on a phone, which is where a property manager pulls up three quotes from the lot they are standing in. We built a bold orange-and-black brand around the work, put a free-estimate form in the hero, and kept the phone number within reach the whole way down the page.
Custom Website Design
No template, no page builder. A clean, fast site built around one job: get a visitor from "my lot looks rough" to "I requested a quote" without making them think. Commercial and residential are handled as their own paths, so a property manager and a homeowner each land on copy written for them instead of a blurred middle.
A Page for Every Service
Each service gets its own page targeting its own searches, instead of one buried list:
Estimate Requests, Tracked End to End
Every free-quote request posts straight into the lead pipeline and our Persilio dashboard, tied to the search and the pages that brought the visitor in. The forms sit behind a Cloudflare Turnstile gate and a hidden honeypot field, so bots do not bury real quote requests in spam. Joe sees the lead, not the noise.
Owning the county, one town at a time.
Nobody hires a pavement crew from two counties over. So the local SEO play is to show up first in every community Legacy actually serves, for the searches a property manager or homeowner runs when their asphalt needs work. We built a dedicated service-area page for each one, plus a Clark County hub that ties them together.
A page for every town in Clark County
Each area page is written for that community, not a template with the city name swapped in. The kind of pavement work that comes up there, the corridors and neighborhoods, the local detail that tells Google this is a real Salmon Creek page and not filler. That is the difference between a page that ranks and a page that gets ignored.
They all link back to the service-areas hub and into the relevant service pages, so the whole county forms one tight cluster pointing at the free-quote form:
Service-Area Pages
Every community in Clark County, each unique local copy
Service Pages
Sealcoating, striping, crack filling, repair, and more
Schema Coverage
LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, and Breadcrumb structured data
The Technical Edge
Built with Astro
Static-first framework that ships almost no JavaScript. Pages load in under a second, the difference between a quote request and a back-button when someone is comparing crews from a parking lot.
Cloudflare Edge
Served from Cloudflare's global edge. Fast everywhere in Clark County, on any connection, on any phone.
Schema on Every Page
LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, and BreadcrumbList structured data so Google understands the company, the work it does, and every Clark County community it covers.
Built Mobile-First
Most of these searches happen on a phone, on a job site. The whole site is designed for that screen first, with the free-quote form and phone number always within reach.
Leads + Spam Defense
Quote requests post into the Persilio dashboard with full attribution, behind a Cloudflare Turnstile gate and a honeypot field that keep bot submissions out of the inbox.
Commercial and Residential, Split
Two very different buyers, two clear paths through the site, so property managers and homeowners each see the work and the proof that matters to them.
Legacy Seal & Striping had the crew and the experience from day one. What it did not have was any way to be found.
Now it has a website that looks the part, a service page for every job, and a local SEO setup built to put a brand-new company in front of every property manager and homeowner in Clark County who searches for pavement work.
