Supply Chain Degrees Compared on What They Cost

Supply chain degrees are hard to compare because schools file them under different names. We built SupplyChainDegreePrograms.com from accreditor records instead, then checked each program against its own school page. The site lists 355 programs at 239 schools, scores them in eleven rankings, and connects them to state pages, city guides, and federal pay data.

The Problem

Supply Chain Programs Do Not Share One Label

Most education directories start from the federal program code for supply chain management. Many schools file their supply chain master’s degrees under management science instead, so a list built on that code misses programs people search for by name. We started from the accreditors’ records, which list programs by what they are called, and used federal data only for facts about each institution.

Each program is then checked on the school’s own pages before it is scored. We record the delivery format, credits, tuition, length, and GMAT or GRE policy, along with the page and date it came from. Readers get comparisons built on figures they can verify before they apply.

The Research Tools

Rankings and Local Pages Answer Different Questions

A reader choosing a degree wants a ranked list. A reader choosing a place wants to know what is nearby and what the work pays there.

Master’s ranking

Rankings Scored on Published Costs

The master’s ranking covers 58 programs, on campus or online. Each is scored on total tuition, whether it asks for the GMAT or GRE, and how much supply chain study the school offers. The page shows the median total tuition and which programs are STEM-designated, so readers can narrow the list by what matters to them.

Location pages

Every State Has Its Own Page

The state index gives each of 52 states and territories a page, with program and school counts on every card. States without an accredited program point readers to the nearest ones. A search box finds a state by name or abbreviation, and 64 metro areas add local pay and employer context.

Who Uses the Research

Sources, Resources, and Their Readers

Link earning starts with the person who would need the resource. The architecture makes that path explicit instead of publishing content first and hunting for a reason to promote it later.
