How We Built Cedarwell Electric a 40-Page Denver Electrician Website
Jordan Lloyd has been an electrician since 2006 and runs Cedarwell Electric across Denver and Aurora. The site we launched on October 9, 2026 is built on what he can back up: his own job photos, his Google rating and his career.

A New Denver Electrical Company Growing From Yard Signs
Jordan Lloyd came up through a union apprenticeship, has worked as an electrician since 2006 and became a master electrician in 2013. Cedarwell Electric is his company now. He focuses on EV chargers, main panel upgrades, hot tub wiring and generator interlocks for homes across Denver, Aurora and the towns around them.
The business grew the old way. In Jordan's own words on his website, every time he puts a yard sign out front of a finished job, the neighbors start calling. His Google rating was a perfect 5.0.
His first website went up on WordPress in August 2026. It had 19 pages and no town pages, and its only blog post repeated the homepage intro. The homepage showed a review count his Google profile didn't have, plus job totals, prices and same-day promises nobody had confirmed. Jordan hired us for a new website, local SEO and Google Business Profile management.
The Numbers on the Site Are Jordan's Own
We went through the old site line by line and asked Jordan about every number and promise on it. What he confirmed stayed. What he couldn't stand behind came off.
Jordan's Career Instead of a Company Age
Cedarwell is a young company, so the site never claims years in business. It gives Jordan's own dates instead: in the trade since 2006, a master electrician since 2013, his first Denver electrical company in 2015, union trained and top of his class.
A Rating Read From Google
The 5.0 badge at the top of every page is read from his Google listing each time the site is built, so it can't drift from what Google shows. Prices and same-day promises stay off the site until Jordan confirms he can hold them.
A Homepage That Leads With the Four Jobs Jordan Wants
The homepage headline names Denver and his four specialties: EV chargers, panel upgrades, hot tubs and generators. The estimate form sits beside it on a computer, and a phone gets a call button and a quote button pinned to the bottom of the screen.
A Page for Each Specialty and Each Town Jordan Serves
We built the site around the work Jordan wants more of, then gave each town in his service area its own page.
Service Pages That Start With His Specialties
There are 13 service pages, led by the four specialties, each with a quote form and a call button:
Photos From Jordan's Own EV Jobs
Jordan sent us photos from his EV charger installs, and they fill the Recent Work section on the homepage and the EV charger page: Tesla Wall Connectors, Emporia chargers and NEMA 14-50 outlets, each with its conduit run back to the panel.
Twelve Town Pages Written for Each Town
The pages run from Aurora south through Douglas, Arapahoe and Jefferson Counties, and each one is written for its town. The Parker page explains that some addresses get power from CORE Electric Cooperative and others from Xcel Energy, because that changes how a panel upgrade gets scheduled.
Guides for the Questions Homeowners Ask First
Six guides answer what Denver homeowners look up before they call an electrician:
Google Reviews With the Customers' Own Photos
The reviews come straight from Google, word for word. Two customers posted photos with their reviews, a panel upgrade and an EV outlet, and those photos sit inside their review cards. One wrote about a panel upgrade: "Even the city inspector was impressed."
Every Old Link Kept Working
The old site exposed 29 addresses. Every service page kept its exact WordPress address, so links to it still land in the same place. On November 6, 2026 we checked all 29 again: 18 load at the same address and the other 11 redirect to the closest new page.
Live on October 9, 2026, and Faster on a Phone
Jordan approved the site and it went live on cedarwellelectric.com on October 9, 2026. The old WordPress site is still on its old server, so we ran Google's Lighthouse audit on both homepages on November 6, 2026, three times each on a simulated phone.
The new homepage weighs 412 KB against 1.6 MB for the old one. Across the three runs, the main content took a median of 3.6 seconds to appear, down from 6.7. Best practices went from 96 to 100, and SEO stayed at 100.
Every estimate request from the site arrives with the page and search that brought it in, so Jordan and we can both see which pages bring in work. The form on the contact page also takes photos, so a customer can send a picture of the panel before Jordan comes out.
Reviews and Local SEO for a Denver Electrician
The map results in Parker, Castle Rock and Highlands Ranch are decided mostly by reviews, so the next step is helping Jordan ask every finished job for one. Our local SEO work runs alongside it: new guides each month, a Google post for each one, and his Google Business Profile kept in step with the site.
For how we run this for other electricians, see our SEO for electricians and electrician website design. We'll add ranking and lead numbers here once there are a few months to show.
How the Site Is Built
Built with Astro
A static-first framework that ships zero JavaScript by default. Pages arrive already built, so there is nothing for a phone to assemble before somebody can read them.
Hosted on Cloudflare
Served from the edge location nearest the visitor, so the site is as quick two states away as it is down the road. No server to manage, and nothing to fall over at 2am.
Core Web Vitals
Optimised images, minimal CSS and no render-blocking scripts. Run the site through Google's own PageSpeed Insights and see for yourself.
Schema Markup
Electrician, Service, FAQ and Breadcrumb structured data tells Google what Cedarwell Electric does, which towns it serves and when it's open.
Jordan's business grew from yard signs and a perfect Google rating.
Now every town he serves has a page, with his own job photos and his own career in his own words.
