Marriage and family therapy students need to understand accreditation, attendance, and what a program reports about its graduates. We built MFT Programs around those questions. The publication connects the accreditor’s directory to school-published outcome tables, then makes the evidence readable through program cards, national comparisons, and local guides.
The Problem
The useful evidence was distributed across the COAMFTE directory and the graduate achievement tables published by individual programs. Those tables may be HTML or PDF, and they separate cohorts, attendance tracks, and outcomes that are still in progress. We organized the records around program identifiers so each comparison can lead back to the source behind it.
The ranking model also needs to explain what its score represents. We built a published formula around graduation, job placement, and licensure measures, with cohort and student thresholds. Program cards show the score breakdown and the underlying cohort history, helping readers understand the comparison before they act on it.
Degree level and attendance create different research tasks. We separated master’s and doctoral rankings, then added online and hybrid views within each level. State and city pages connect those national records to local programs and employment context. The architecture follows the questions a prospective student brings to a search.

The national master’s comparison shows the outcome model at work. Its online counterpart adds the attendance details that shape a distance student’s shortlist.
Master’s Program Comparison
The master’s ranking presents school-specific reviews, outcome bars, cohort tables, and direct program-source links. Graduation, job placement, and licensure each remain visible as separate measures. The published methodology explains the weights and eligibility rules, giving students a way to inspect how a program reached its place in the comparison.
