The Challenge
Tans Auto Detailing was a brand-new mobile detailing business in Vancouver, WA starting from zero. No website, no online presence, no reviews, no search rankings. The owner knew his work was excellent but needed a way to get in front of people who were already searching for detailing services in the area.
The Vancouver/Portland metro area has plenty of auto detailers, many of them with established websites and years of reviews on Google. Competing against that as a startup is tough. Without a website, he was relying entirely on word of mouth and social media, which is fine for getting started but doesn't scale.
