Asymmetric Health
5.0 ★★★★★ (16) · Top of the local pack
Our multi-service clinic client, live on Google. Two months in.
More locations should mean more patients. Usually it means more confusion.
Practices are multi-provider
According to the Medical Practice Management Association, most practices now have multiple providers. But their marketing often looks like it was built for a solo doctor.
Locations competing with themselves
Without a coordinated strategy, your locations cannibalize each other in search results. Location A steals rankings from Location B. Neither wins.
Patients don't care about your org chart
They search for a specialty, a condition, or a location. They don't search for your practice group name. Your marketing needs to match how patients actually search.
Medical Practice SEO, One Service Line at a Time
No patient has ever typed "multi-specialty practice" into Google. They search for the thing they need: a dermatologist taking new patients, a knee doctor, a weight loss clinic in their city. Each service line you offer is its own search market with its own competitors, and Google ranks pages, not org charts. A practice that stacks eight specialties on one Our Services page has entered eight markets without a single page built to win any of them.
Our job is building the page that wins each one, then the Google Business Profile and citation work underneath it. We also manage Google Ads for our SEO clients, so a new location or a new specialty can fill its schedule while the organic rankings compound.
Every service line ranking on its own
Asymmetric Health is a physician-led clinic in Lacey, WA with a service mix wide enough to be a small multi-specialty group: TRT, GLP-1 weight loss, BHRT, peptide therapy, ED treatment, functional medicine. Over 500 patients. We rebuilt their WordPress site as a hand-coded custom build, gave every service its own page targeting its own keyword cluster, and ran two months of local SEO. They now hold the #1 organic spot for "GLP-1 Lacey WA," "TRT clinic Lacey WA," "peptide therapy Lacey WA," and "ED treatment Lacey WA." Different service lines, different searches, all won by their own pages.
The screenshot shows the part most practices assume is out of reach. Their Google Business Profile sits first in the Olympia local pack for a BHRT search, at 5.0 stars, ahead of clinics physically located in Olympia. A managed profile with a real service page behind it beats proximity.

Hundreds of pages is a normal Tuesday for us
A multi-location group multiplies fast: locations times specialties times providers is hundreds of pages, and most local agencies choke on it. We ran technical SEO for LifeMD, a publicly traded telehealth company whose server-side rendering misconfiguration had left the site nearly unindexed. We fixed it, hundreds of pages were indexed within weeks, and organic traffic grew exponentially after. The same team has done the same work for Credit Sesame, FindLaw, WorkSimpli, and Salem Web Network.
Get an SEO plan for your practice groupMedical Practice Web Design Is an Architecture Problem
Most practice websites fail at the blueprint stage, before anyone picks a color. Every specialty shares one page, every location lives in a footer dropdown, and every inquiry lands in one front-desk inbox. Google can't rank that structure and patients can't use it.
We architect the site the way patients search. One page per service line. One page per location. Provider profiles a patient can actually vet. And intake forms that route to the right department, so the dermatology inquiry never sits in the orthopedics queue. The screenshot is the Asymmetric Health build; a dedicated page for every one of their services is exactly why every one of those services ranks.
- A page for every service line, each targeting its own keyword cluster
- A page for every location, with its own address, hours, and providers
- Intake forms that route by department and location, not one shared inbox
- Room to add a location or a specialty without rebuilding anything
- Hand-coded and fast on a phone, with no plugin stack to babysit

AI SEO for Multi-Specialty Practices
Google's AI Overview now answers a large share of healthcare searches before the listings load, and it recommends specific providers by name. For a multi-specialty practice that cuts both ways. You can be the recommendation for every service line you run, or absent from all of them while a competitor gets quoted.
Live Google screenshot, July 2026. The AI Overview for a GLP-1 weight loss search in Olympia lists local providers and names our client with its $199 evaluation and at-cost medication model. Click to zoom.
Look at what the AI actually says in that screenshot. It names Asymmetric Health, quotes the $199 evaluation, and describes the at-cost medication model. None of that is guessed. It's pulled from service pages we structured so a machine can repeat them accurately: schema markup on every page, citations that agree with each other across healthcare directories, and pricing stated in plain sentences instead of buried in a PDF.
Google's AI recommends this one clinic by name, with pricing, on four different searches. For a practice with a dozen service lines, this is the same play run twelve times. Each specialty page becomes a source the AI can quote when someone in your city asks about that specialty.
